• Technical Guidance and Solution Creation during all stages of the sales cycle • Identifying and distilling customer pain points with Account Teams • Communicating Cprime USP and Value add during RFPs and Proposals • Creating pragmatic solutions for customer pain points • Advising on Migrations, Implementations, and Optimization of the Atlassian Platform • Collaborating with Sales Teams on blended service offerings • Executing demonstrations, client presentations, and ad-hoc consulting

Requirements

• At least 3+ years experience in creating Atlassian customer solutions • Managing multiple customer deliverables/proposals concurrently • At least 3+ years of experience working within the Atlassian Partner ecosystem • At least 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or Pre-Sales role • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and Service Management would be a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment • Experience working with Atlassian Marketplace and plug-ins
