Requirements

β€’ A high school diploma β€’ Strong command of German (minimum C1 level) and good knowledge of English β€’ Excellent computer skills β€’ Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (it’s a plus, but not a must!) β€’ Flexibility to work 6 or 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with rotating shifts
