Requirements

• A high school diploma • Strong command of German (minimum C1 level) and good knowledge of English • Excellent computer skills • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (it’s a plus, but not a must!) • Flexibility to work 6 or 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with rotating shifts
