• Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Czech-Slovak Customer Service Representative in Greece with paid relocation! • If you are fluent in Czech and Slovak and have a passion for helping customers, this role is perfect for you! • In this position, you will serve our Czech and Slovak-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a delightful customer experience. • Your strong communication skills and commitment to providing excellent service will be crucial to your success in this role. • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Czech, Slovak, and English. • Provide comprehensive information about products and services. • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints. • Accurately document customer interactions in our system. • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance service quality. • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers properly.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech, Slovak, and English, both written and spoken • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset • Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service • Comfortable using computer systems and customer service applications
