In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service support for one of their major accounts: manufacturer of high-end domestic appliances, such as laundry appliances, vacuum cleaners, dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, and wine coolers and coffee systems. • What will you do? Are you ready to combine your passion for customer service with working from sunny Greece? Imagine starting your workday with a sea view, enjoying the pleasant weather, and helping consumers and partners of our client with their inquiries. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, mainly focused on remote troubleshooting to install a washing machine or program a microwave oven to arranging service appointments with a technician and assisting with finding and ordering spare parts. • Work from paradise and help your customers along the way!

Requirements

• You are willing to temporarily move to Greece (at the employer's expense) • You speak Norwegian or Spanish, and English • You are a natural problem solver and love multitasking • You can work with targets • You hold an European passport
