• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies. • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary. • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines. • Maintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Dutch. • Proficient in English. • Previous experience in customer service is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills. • High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude. • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings & weekends.
