• Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions. • Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers. • Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner • Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries

Requirements

• Native or near-native German speakers • Fluency in English • Clear Communication Skills • Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
