β€’ Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions. β€’ Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers. β€’ Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback β€’ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies β€’ Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system β€’ Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner β€’ Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries

Requirements

β€’ Native or near-native German speakers β€’ Fluency in English β€’ Clear Communication Skills β€’ Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools β€’ Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
