• Handling inbound calls, outbound calls and administrative tasks • To provide customer service by answering incoming calls and emails about vouchers usage, ordering, reimbursement, and exchange. • To provide information about the legal conditions of voucher usage • To be the connection between the regions, cleaning companies, and customers • Willingness to work from home in Greece
• Fluent in Dutch or Flemish (oral and written) • Proficient in English • Experience with CRM systems & MS Office • PC skills and very good written skills • Diploma of Secondary Education • Contact center experience is an asset • Persuasiveness • Customer orientation • Communication • Effective listening • Analytical thinking • Continuous learning • Emotional competences: Positive thinking, Self-motivation, Self-confidence, Quality of work, Flexibility, Sales ability, Result-orientation, Multitasking
