β’ Work with a talented team to continually iterate and improve the experience of our internal and external users. β’ Empowered to drive innovation by coming up with new ideas to creatively solve issues. β’ Build scalable backend infrastructure using Python and Flask/FastAPI. β’ Participate in designing customer-facing features and interact with clients. β’ Implement, test, and document business logic. β’ Enhance existing code by improving test coverage and code abstractions. β’ Ensure observability and monitoring of systems. β’ Partner with frontend team, product managers, designers to understand user needs.
π― Requirements
β’ Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent β’ 6+ years of professional software development experience as a backend engineer β’ 3+ years of experience with Python β’ Extensive experience with REST APIs β’ Experience with cloud ecosystems β’ Experience with system design for distributed systems β’ Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker is a plus β’ Fluent in Polish with Advanced English skills (written & spoken) β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills β’ Flexibility in adjusting working hours to meet the needs of the global and time zone-diverse team (urgent tasks or meetings may occur outside of regular CEST working hours) β’ Strong work ethic and commitment to completing assigned tasks and projects within established deadlines β’ Previous success in developing large-scale web application with a user-focus mindset
