📋 Description
• Executing strategic campaigns, bringing the desired vision to life through style guides, in-situ design iterations, decks, mockups, and final deliverables. • Able to take high-level direction, client direction, and produce engaging creative. • Raising the creative bar with each iteration, analyzing the work with data wherever possible. • Delivery - completing work from briefs, multiple conceptual directions, campaign assets, and retrospectives on project work. • Presenting to and collaborating with Client Stakeholders to drive campaigns. • Adopting mechanisms, and making decisions that improve the approach to campaigns. • Lead, inspire, and develop teams to broaden their awareness with campaign opportunities. • Lead performance marketing and growth marketing.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 8 years of professional experience in a fast-paced creative environment. • A strong portfolio which illustrates conceptual thinking and high fidelity execution. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. • Understanding in designing for mobile digital advertising platforms. • Mentoring and coaching. • Rigorous attention to detail.
