📋 Description

• Assist Business Affairs team with administration, agreement drafting, due diligence, and conflicts • Draft simple forms and letters • Redline and summarize comments • Manage material terms in client accounts • Close-out deals in CRM • Organize deal terms and documents • Coordinate final deal points • Track projects and deal negotiations • Manage deal flow and follow up on actionable items • Maintain and update Business Affairs deal templates • Review and track termination and takedown requests • Respond as Legal Point of Contact to clients • Assist with infringement claims
