• Du konzipierst und steuerst Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen über Kanäle wie Google, Meta und LinkedIn. • Dazu konzipierst du Affiliate Marketing Maßnahmen. • Du analysierst Zielgruppen, entwickelst passende Strategien und sorgst für effektive Lead-Generierung. • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Product-Team und Growth-Team zusammen, um Marketingmaßnahmen basierend auf der Produkt-Roadmap sowie Neuerungen im Produkt selbst abzustimmen. • Du führst Performance Analysen durch und leitest Maßnahmen für alle Marketing Assets ab, wobei du auch KI-Anwendungen zur Optimierung der Marketing Performance nutzt. • Du optimierst SEO- und SEA-Maßnahmen, um Reichweite und Performance kontinuierlich zu steigern.
• Du hast ein einschlägiges Studium o.ä. absolviert und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung (ca. 1 - 3 Jahre) im Performance Marketing gesammelt, idealerweise in einem Startup oder Agenturumfeld. • Du kennst dich aus mit SEO, SEA, Zielgruppenanalysen und der Analyse von KPIs aus und kannst daraus Maßnahmen ableiten. • Du bist datengetrieben und hast ein starkes analytisches Mindset, um Ergebnisse zu bewerten und zu optimieren. • Du arbeitest eigenständig, bist neugierig und bringst gerne neue Ideen ein, um unsere Performance zu verbessern. • Du sprichst Deutsch & Englisch auf C-Level, um Kunden und Zielgruppen souverän zu erreichen.
