📋 Description

• We are currently seeking a seasoned Enterprise Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of complex CRM and BPM projects. • If you thrive in a challenging and collaborative environment, possess exceptional project management skills, and have a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years of proven IT project management experience, totaling 3000+ man-hours. • Team Management: Demonstrated experience in full-cycle project management, including managing a team of 4-5 specialists. • Enterprise Project Expertise: Hands-on experience with complex development of enterprise applications. • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working with C-level stakeholders. • Methodology Mastery: Confident and in-depth knowledge of major project methodologies, including Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban. • Tool Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Project Server, MS Visio, or other business process modeling software. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English. • It will be an advantage to have: PMP certification, PSM certification. • Knowledge of Spanish.
