• We are looking for a VP of Talent who will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. • You will be instrumental in building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Develop and implement strategies for scaling the team in line with our growth objectives, and oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent. • Build and improve performance review systems to ensure they are fair, transparent, and aligned with our company's goals and values. • Create programs for employee development and career progression to nurture our team's talents and skills. • Ensure all HR policies are up to date and compliant with current laws and regulations. • Provide strong leadership and direction to the HR team, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning. • Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Extensive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS (ideally experience with VC-backed companies at Series A and B) • Proven track record of successfully scaling teams in a fast-paced company • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including talent management, performance management, and employment laws • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy
