• Assist Loan Operations and Client Success teams • Practice customer service, data processing, critical thinking, and analytical skills • Understand Credible’s loan products • Respond to inbound client inquiries by phone, live chat, and email • Complete outbound calling campaigns • Evaluate customer requests for loan options • Identify client needs and help clients use site features • Educate customers on financial products • Develop customer-related metric reports and analyze data
