Description

• Analyze data to drive better business decisions, including pricing and credit risk • Develop, monitor, and maintain complex statistical models • Test and implement models and data infrastructure • Actively monitor the performance of models in production • Develop and produce reports to measure the performance of processes, models, and strategies • Perform ad hoc analysis to solve business problems • Translate high level business goals into technical specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 2+ years’ experience using programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, etc. (Mid-level) • 3+ years’ experience using programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, etc. (Senior) • Extensive knowledge of statistical modeling methods • Advanced SAS programming certification (preferred) • Recent small company experience (preferred) • Experience developing credit scorecards or collection scores (preferred) • 3+ years’ experience in financial services analytics, or a combination of higher education and experience (preferred)
