Description

• Join Epic Beacon project team at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital • Assist health systems in optimizing workflow processes through Epic applications • Subject matter expert for assigned applications • Provide leadership on small/medium-sized projects with minimal oversight • Engage with stakeholders & vendors to support solution delivery • Oversee requirements and escalations for operational requests • Develop business cases and present materials to stakeholders • Assist with project management responsibilities • Guide team members around business processes and issues • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field required • Master's degree preferred • For Senior role: 4+ years in comparable client-facing IT role • For Analyst II role: 2 years in client-facing IT role • Highly prefer Beacon experience, or strong Ambulatory experience if no Beacon experience • Experience with structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies • Strong documentation and discussion leading skills • Ability to work with mid to senior-level business leaders • Epic Beacon certifications highly preferred and/or Ambulatory certifications preferred
