Description
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise customers in AI governance with Credo AI. • Combine strategic guidance, technical enablement, and account ownership for impactful outcomes. • Foster strong relationships, advocate for customer priorities, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise Customer Success or Implementation roles with complex Enterprise SaaS solutions; experience implementing GRC software is highly desirable. • Expertise in AI governance frameworks and experience operationalizing governance workflows. • Excel at engaging with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executives, with clarity and confidence.
