• Cresta is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help scale our Engineering team. • You will partner with leadership to attract exceptional technical talent in Romania & Germany. • As a founding member, you will shape sourcing strategies and enhance candidate experience. • Work in a remote-first company, aiding in building a tech hub in Romania. • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Europe, collaborating with hiring managers and cross-functional partners. • Champion candidate experience through timely communication and help standardize best practices across recruiting teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience managing full-lifecycle recruiting for technical roles across Europe, ideally within high-growth environments • Skilled at building and nurturing pipelines of top engineering talent, with a strong understanding of the European tech landscape • Collaborative team player who enjoys partnering closely with a distributed recruiting and People team • Creative and persistent when it comes to sourcing — always looking for new channels and tools to engage top talent • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment • Clear communicator who’s comfortable working across time zones and cultures • Experienced with recruiting systems and tools — Greenhouse is a plus • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
