• Wir suchen einen engagierten Business Analyst (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in SAP und/oder Salesforce, der unsere Kunden bei der Analyse und Optimierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse unterstützt und maßgeblich zur digitalen Transformation beiträgt. • Als Business Analyst arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilungen und IT und bist verantwortlich für die Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer IT-Lösungen. • Du gestaltest aktiv Prozesse und Systeme und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden ihre Unternehmensziele effizienter erreichen.
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und der Erstellung von Fachkonzepten • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP-Modulen (z.B. SD, MM, FI/CO) und/oder Salesforce-Cloud-Lösungen • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit gängigen Methoden wie PRINCE2 oder Scrum • Starkes analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten • Teamfähigkeit sowie eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Koordination von Projekten • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
