📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness of Clinical Operations and OVG processes and training. • Authoring, reviewing, and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and other tools. • Leading change management initiatives for rapid adoption and implementation of processes. • Identifying and driving continuous improvement of processes to enhance operational efficiency. • Centralizing management of Clinical Operations and OVG-required training assignments and matrices. • Conducting routine assessments of compliance with SOPs and training programs. • Developing and delivering innovative training programs to build operational excellence. • Analyzing operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Leading change management efforts for successful implementation of process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related discipline. • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry. • Direct experience in Clinical Operations, including process development and training. • Experience in all stages of drug development/pharma. • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes. • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, ICH Guidelines, and regulatory requirements. • Proficiency in clinical trial systems such as eTMF and CTMS. • Excellent writing skills for clinical processes and training preparation. • Strong interpersonal, oral/written communication, and presentation skills. • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative abilities. • Proven leadership and management skills. • Experience with corrective/preventative actions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and training technologies.
