📋 Description
• Support the OVG Lead during the Request for Proposal (RFP) process • Provide support with vendor contract and budget review • Communicate with vendors regarding contracts and budgets • Submit contracts within the Legal and Financial systems • Obtain input from cross-functional stakeholders on documents • Provide support in arranging vendor meetings • Attend meetings and document decisions and actions • Follow up with vendors and teams on action items completion • Consolidate and track vendors’ reported metrics for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Assist in creating standardized KPIs per vendor type • Assist in development and implementation of processes and tools for governance activities • Maintain OVG SharePoint site • Support and manage general and departmental ad hoc projects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related work experience • Solid understanding of drug development • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel) • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills • Act with consistent sense of urgency with acute attention to detail • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
