Senior Manager, Clinical Pharmacology - Bioanalysis Operations

• Support the management of outsourced clinical pharmacology and bioanalysis activities • Coordinate with clinical pharmacology and bioanalytical leads • Manage external service providers and outsourcing needs • Serve as primary lead for outsourcing dose formulation analysis activities • Generate budget grids for clinical studies and project development • Liaise with finance on budgeting and forecasting needs • Manage contracts and invoices for outsourced activities • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project goals • Assist in the development and implementation of outsourcing processes • Participate in governance meetings
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field • Minimum of 8 years experience in a bioanalytical function • Understanding of clin pharm/bioanalytical activities budgets • Ability to prepare/negotiate external provider agreements • Experience in proposal development and evaluation • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Understanding of bioanalytical methodologies and regulatory requirements • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills • Prior experience in managing central labs is beneficial • Experience in preclinical dose formulation validation is a plus • Familiarity with project management tools like Sharepoint and Smartsheet is preferred
