📋 Description
• Lead clinical strategy for oncology programs • Develop Clinical Development Plan for compounds • Coordinate cross-functional collaborations • Write study protocols and summaries • Oversee clinical study data review • Collaborate across departments for clinical study analysis • Prepare regulatory documents and responses • Provide leadership to direct reports
🎯 Requirements
• MD degree with 13 years' experience, 8 years in clinical development • Minimum 10 years in leadership role • Clinical practice experience in internal medicine/pediatrics preferred • Designing, planning, executing clinical studies experience • Experience with biomarkers and FDA/EU agencies interactions • Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements • Intimate knowledge of medical monitoring in clinical trials • Excellent leadership, project planning, negotiation, presentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills • Ethical with high standards of integrity
