Description

• Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, manage Commercial Operations function • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement commercial operations infrastructure • Develop a high performing and diverse team • Utilize data to provide insights for business planning and opportunities • Partner with marketing for metrics surrounding promotional activities • Build data infrastructure and analytics capabilities • Manage forecasting models and market data analysis • Ensuring compliance with medical legal review processes • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related business or analytical field • Minimum of 15 years of related experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry • At least 8 years of experience leading, building, and developing teams • Experience in building business operations infrastructure to support product launch and commercialization • Experience in small/emerging biopharma as well as mature biopharma organizations • Expertise in medical legal review of promotional materials • Experience with procuring and analyzing third-party data • Experience with process development/project management • Strong people management skills • Demonstrated leadership focused on driving results • Experience in qualitative and quantitative market research
