Description

• Responsible for contributing to the development of all QuidelOrtho Operations, Supply Chain and Quality strategic roadmaps. • Leads and independently drives coordination among global cross-functional partners. • Responsible for defining, developing and modeling out company-wide Manufacturing utilization and strategic initiative options. • Leads targeted activities focused on delivering the negotiated strategic plan elements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field (MBA is favorable) • 10+ years of industry specific experience • Ideally 5 years of Operations Strategic/Global level Leadership experience required • Demonstrated understanding of Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) methodologies. • Significant large-scale transfer of Manufacturing capabilities program experience and manufacturing operations experience. • Excellent program management skills • Good understanding of global supply chain processes/KPIs and financial/product flow modeling • Excellent prioritization, organization and the ability to multitask • Experience in QSR (Quality System Regulations) and ISO medical device standards • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships between groups • Appropriate computer skills (e-mail, word processing, statistical, spreadsheet and graphing software)
