Description
• responsible for working ServiceNow tickets supporting Member & Provider websites and internal applications • troubleshooting one-off issues • perform AMI updates and iSeries Password Rotations • participate with the team for deployments • log into on-premise servers to check log files when troubleshooting production issues • monthly and quarterly reporting & monthly patch testing • develop guidelines for specific areas within Production Operations • drive the automation of functions through tools
Requirements
• 6+ years related experience • minimum of 3-4 years of designing, building and maintaining infrastructure or application services in IT • strong coaching capabilities • strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS technologies • critical thinker • demonstrated problem solving techniques • strong verbal and written communication skills
