Description

• Leading the scaling of our clinical operations, you’ll be serving as an expert to seamlessly handle workloads while accommodating growth (without sacrificing quality or performance). • Manage incoming new patient inquiries, coordinate new patient onboarding and intakes, etc. • Direct, supervise, and coordinate operational activities of the practice to deliver a standard of medicine consistent with the company’s brand standards, resolve operational challenges related to “remote work,” be the lead with our outsourced IT support, maintain our inventory and assets, ensuring employee training and compliance, and monitoring/managing/maintaining our technology. • Assist in the recruitment, development, and retention of all clinical employees, train, audit, review, and inspire operational SOPs across each department, help mentor managers to stay informed and comply with all state and federal regulations regarding employment law. • Ensure regulatory compliance within the practice (including credentialing and licensing of staff), and facilitates annual insurance renewal process for physicians. • Lead the company’s efforts in launching and maintaining a Compliance Committee to oversee the Practice’s activities in compliance, legal, public policy, and business trends to reduce or eliminate company risk. • Partnering with CFO for invoicing, renewals, accounts payable, contract negotiation, and supporting patient billing Q&A.

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience (may include previous experience as a Business Operations Leader, Chief of Staff, Practice Manager, Clinical Director, etc.) • Advanced Degree (preferred MPH or MHA+) • Experience working in the telehealth/telemedical field, in a remote position • Strong familiarity with the healthcare regulatory, risk, and compliance landscape is essential in this role • Strong communication skills across various channels (email, company-wide meetings, performance reviews, company committee minutes) • Previous experience scaling operations in a similar environment • Strong experience in HIPAA compliance management • Experience with CRM or EMR is preferred (electronic health record system) • Strong stakeholder management skills (ability to influence and collaborate)
