Description
• Reporting to the Global COO and CEO, the Clinical Operations Director is a new role. • Responsible for creating and optimizing workflows and driving operational efficiency. • Oversee comprehensive training initiatives to empower teams and align with company goals. • Lead in establishing clear processes for scalability while maintaining high standards.
Requirements
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience (may include previous experience as a Business Operations Leader, Chief of Staff, Practice Manager, Clinical Director, etc.) • Advanced Degree (preferred MPH or MHA+) • Experience working in the telehealth/telemedical field, in a remote position • Strong familiarity with the healthcare regulatory, risk, and compliance landscape • Strong communication skills across various channels • Previous experience scaling operations in a similar environment • Strong experience in HIPAA compliance management • Experience with CRM or EMR is preferred • Strong stakeholder management skills
