• Oversee all operational functions relating to day of evaluation support required to ensure a successful experience for both the applicant and the physician. • Ensure that corporate service level agreements (SLA) are met or exceeded through approving staff standards to ensure quality and compliance. • Ensure appropriate staffing required to satisfy organizational growth while managing the cost center to ensure adherence to financial objectives. • Analyze data and identify trends to ensure expectations are met and provide regular updates to organizational leaders on performance trends and activities. • Develop approaches to maximize departmental efficiencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration, information technology or related field. • Experience in managing remote medical assistant/nursing staff • Customer focused with a keen eye towards delivering an elevated experience • Minimum of 7 years of proven leadership experience leading service operations • Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights and performance to peers and leaders across the organization. • Advanced skills in critical decision • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
