📋 Description

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Crisp’s analytics capabilities. • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics features. • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams. • Engage with external customers and internal stakeholders to understand use cases. • Translate individual customer feedback into scalable analytics solutions. • Establish and track success metrics to monitor adoption and impact of analytics features. • Represent the analytics product area within Crisp and beyond. • Contribute to cross-functional product strategy by aligning analytics capabilities with the broader Crisp platform vision.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in the Walmart data ecosystem with expertise in Scintilla and Retail Link. • Experience as a product manager delivering external-facing data products or analytics solutions in a B2B SaaS environment. • Proven ability to set product vision and roadmap in collaboration with engineering and commercial teams. • Strong understanding of modern data and analytics technologies (BigQuery, dbt, SQL, Power BI). • Ability to synthesize complex customer needs into scalable product solutions. • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders as well as end users. • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to define product success metrics and use data to inform decisions. • A passion for helping customers unlock value from data and a curiosity about what’s next in analytics for CPG and Retail.
