📋 Description
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate business needs and customer desires into actionable development plans. • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on delivering maximum value and continuous delivery. • Document and test acceptance criteria within user story breakdown. • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment. • Continuously assess market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product strategy. • Support beta, pilot, and customer advisory groups.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development projects. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including scrum, kanban, or other relevant frameworks. • Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills. • Experience using data and analytics to inform product strategy and prioritization. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • SQL Server skills required. • AWS, Oracle, JavaScript, Jira, Confluence, Toad, Postman, Visual Studio skills preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Previous experience in the healthcare or optical industries is a plus, especially related to billing and patient management workflows.
