📋 Description
• Lead and embed an agile culture across multiple teams. • Ensure a focus on delivery and continuous improvement. • Coach teams and facilitate agile ceremonies. • Manage workflow and ensure key metrics are met. • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and track metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance. • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of seven (7+) years of experience as a Scrum Master, with expertise in SAFe Agile concepts. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. • Proficient in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership. • Experience with cross-functional teams and end-to-end offerings. • Expertise in servant leadership, conflict resolution, and transparency. • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Criterion Systems, LLC, a Cherokee Federal company.
