• Drive sales across all Cropster product lines • Actively engage with cafes, roasteries, and wholesale businesses throughout APAC • Generate leads, build relationships, and convert potential clients into long-term partners • Create and execute robust sales strategies to meet revenue targets • Actively research the market for leads, decision-makers, and partners • Collaborate with commercial team to identify and activate potential customers • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients • Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage sales pipeline • Represent Cropster at industry events and through direct client interactions • Work closely with marketing, account managers, and product management teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field desired • Experience in sales, preferably in B2B software or specialty coffee industry • Deep understanding of specialty coffee market and its unique challenges • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proven ability to persuade and close deals • Self-starter attitude with ability to manage demanding sales pipeline • Fluency in English, Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), and ideally another language • Experience using CRM tools and sales software, particularly Hubspot • Previous experience working in remote or flexible work environment • Passion for specialty coffee and understanding of coffee roasting processes • Experience in coffee wholesale, espresso machine service, or coffee education
