• Generate business plans to deliver growth expectations in Australia. • Establish long term business relationships and presence within the marketplace. • Build a significant sales pipeline and contribute to company’s revenue. • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects. • Advance and establish new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities. • Lead internal interfaces and operations in order to deliver upon customer requirements
• 7+ years of sales and/or business development experience in new markets • Must have experience in the Ag Industry and has wide networks • Great negotiation skills • Excellent business judgment, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent project management, communications, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
