Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure • Manage and optimize our tech stack, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, FluxCD • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure the seamless deployment of applications • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support for off-business hours alerts and incidents • Work with our security tools, including Crowdstrike and Tenable One, to maintain a secure environment • Assist with managing databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud services (AWS, Confluent, Snowflake, Temporal) • Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts • Document processes, playbooks, and best practices to enhance team knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Proficiency in container orchestration and management (Docker, Kubernetes) • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm, FluxCD, Kustomize) • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS • Experience with database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows, especially GitLab • Understanding of security tools and principles (e.g., Crowdstrike, Tenable One) • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Familiarity with working in a fully remote environment • Basic knowledge of Clojure (NICE TO HAVE) • Experience with additional cloud providers or tools (Confluent, Snowflake, Temporal)
