🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a client facing role at a top-tier public accounting firm and/or consulting firm in a financial planning and analysis capacity. • Experience working with Private Equity, understanding the unique requirements of the Private Equity consulting environment. • Strong analytical and modeling skills with significant experience in complex financial models for analysis and forecasting. • Hands-on experience building and managing professional reports and template structures for business units. • Extremely precise and detail-oriented. • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of data analytics and related tools is a plus. • Proven track record as an influential change agent. • Confident and self-aware, with appropriate communication style for various levels across the organization. • Ability to converse with Controller group and accounting team. • Mentorship and people development capabilities. • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
