🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting or sourcing experience in Accounting Advisory, Private Equity and Big 4 successfully. • Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, Google Xray, etc.) and demonstrated experience finding and engaging Accounting/Finance professionals. • A passion for, and proven ability to, go above and beyond in creating an outstanding candidate experience. • Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while staying adaptable in a fast-paced environment. • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence, paired with the ability to work independently. • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership alike.
