Description

• Evaluate compliance performance in relation to pricing • Assist in testing, reporting, and monitoring state regulatory requirements • Maintain knowledge of mortgage related state and federal regulations • Conduct monitoring and testing related to pricing • Draft reports for senior and executive management • Contribute to examinations, audits, and monitoring and testing • Support the Compliance Department with scheduled monitoring and testing • Build and enhance testing and reporting • Provide analysis and testing results to compliance management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage compliance, laws, and regulations • Minimum 2 years’ mortgage pricing experience • Minimum 2 years’ mortgage industry experience • Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
