Description

• Responsible for assisting assigned branch team members with pipeline management • Work closely with branch processors to ensure timely delivery of disclosures • Support branch team members with general loan questions and escalations • Monitor closing dates and manage pipeline effectively • Collaborate with branch managers to monitor production capacity • Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ loan processing experience • Prior experience in management or team lead role preferred • Knowledge of mortgage lending function, TRID rules and regulations required • Experience with processing, closing and funding loans according to guidelines • Experience with Encompass loan origination software preferred • Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA loan programs • Excellent analytical, customer service, and managerial skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
