• Funkitron is excited to find a detail-oriented and experienced Live Ops Producer for our fun casual fashion mobile game! • In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage and enhance the live operations, making sure our players enjoy a seamless and engaging experience. • You’ll collaborate closely with the development team to plan, carry out, and assess live events, updates, and in-game promotions that not only boost player engagement but also help drive revenue. • If you have a passion for Drag and shows like RuPaul’s Drag Race, that’s definitely a big plus! • Oversee live operations for our fashion mobile game, including planning and executing exciting in-game events and promotions. • Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to ensure live updates and content releases go off without a hitch. • Evaluate player data and feedback to fine-tune events, features, and monetization strategies. • Keep an updated calendar of live events and in-game promotions, ensuring timely communication with the team. • Share insights and recommendations based on analytics to enhance player retention and engagement. • Team up with marketing and community teams to effectively promote live events.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Live Ops Producer or similar role in mobile game development. • Experience with casual and fashion-themed games is a huge plus. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. • Knowledge of game analytics tools and methods. • Passion for mobile games and understanding of player behavior.
