•Prospect Identification & Targeting: •Identify and target potential CrossFit Affiliates, fitness studios, and gym owners as key prospects for our CrossFit Affiliate program and educational courses. •Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the needs, preferences, and opportunities for differentiation and unique selling points versus other fitness brands. •Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and streamline the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow-ups, and detailed reporting on sales activities and conversion metrics. •Lifecycle Marketing & Conversion: •Develop and execute strategic lifecycle marketing plans focused on converting prospects into certification course participants and future affiliate owners. •Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns, materials, and promotions aimed at prospect conversion. •Lead Generation & Sales Activities: •Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as phone calls, webinars, drip email campaigns, social media, and industry events. •Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate owners, fitness professionals, and decision-makers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions. •Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to potential affiliates and course participants, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings. •CRM Management & Sales Funnel Optimization: •Utilize Salesforce CRM to track, manage, and follow up on leads, ensuring accurate and timely communication. •Analyze and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and achieve revenue goals, incorporating CRO techniques. •Industry Trends & Competitive Analysis: •Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and CrossFit developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. •Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipelines, and results to the management team.

Requirements

•Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, including managing leads, sales pipelines, and customer relationships, with a focus on utilizing its features for tracking, reporting, and optimizing sales processes. •In-depth knowledge and understanding of CrossFit principles, methodologies, and the affiliate model. •Familiarity with CrossFit courses, certifications, and educational offerings is highly desirable. •Strong marketing and conversion skills, with a track record of successfully converting prospects into customers. •Deep understanding and proficiency in using Salesforce CRM for lead tracking, management, and communication. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective affiliates and course participants. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional time management and organizational skills. •Passion for fitness and a genuine interest in the CrossFit community and industry.
