• Join Us to Build Something Real! • We're serious about Building. • Our scale-up environment is ideal for people who are eager to dig in. • CrowdStreet is seeking an Analyst with the primary responsibility of monitoring and supporting sponsors’ accountability throughout the post-fundraise reporting period for private commercial real estate assets and portfolios within our Investment Management division. • You will have the opportunity to play a major role in the development of a unique and innovative alternative investment platform. • This position reports to the Portfolio Manager. • Serve as a resource for data entry, collection, research, analysis, and maintenance. • Enter data into CrowdStreet systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • Facilitate communication between sponsor and investor on an as-needed basis. • Conduct or assist in the analysis of data. • Understand and present trends and anticipated outcomes in data. • Analyze property and fund financial statements to extract relevant data points. • Assist and support in the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reporting. • Assist and support in the preparation of quarterly and annual valuations, including document retrieval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as real estate, finance, or data analytics • Strong attention to detail • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to follow up and follow through • Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external teams to complete project tasks and track statuses • Strong analytical skills with an interest in real estate investment analysis • High proficiency in MS Office or GSuite, especially Excel or Google Sheets • Excellent verbal and written communication • High motivation and resilience; ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment while managing competing priorities • Customer-centric attitude and excellent problem-solving skills • Curiosity and desire to continuously learn • Commercial real estate industry experience (preferred) • Finance, business, or economics background (preferred)
