Description

• Conduct and design complex analysis to identify, document, and remediate data quality risks or control gaps in Enterprise Data Warehouse applications and partnering ecosystems • Work closely with application, data analytics and business teams to drive data quality, compliance, and governance initiatives, ensuring that data is managed as a strategic asset across the platforms • Design and develop a framework for Enterprise Metrics Data standardization and governance, access controls, data maps, and standard definitions for governance across a variety of cross-functional systems and processes to improve services • Facilitate and socialize data change management initiatives with stakeholders • Develop multiple complex SQL queries and views to standardize DQ Scorecard for enterprise metrics and role-based access controls • Pulling from complex, multiple data sources, synthesizing and formatting to prepare for distribution to stakeholders

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience or related experience in data management, data governance or consulting with a proven record of high performance, preferably with experience building data and analytics products • Proven experience in a Data Governance role to define and implement data quality processes, allowing optimal and secure use of data with compliance rules, privacy policies and security in mind • Experience in defining MDM capabilities, Data Modeling, Hierarchies, Process facilitation, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions • Strong business intuition and the technical ability to understand, design, and explain complex product and datasets to both business and technical audiences • Expert level proficiency with SQL , Data Models and data/BI platform applications such as Snowflake and Tableau • Expertise manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends and using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools
