Description

• Seeking an ICS Security Engineer to secure industrial control systems and operational technology • Establish security standards and enhance visibility into ICS/OT environments • Work closely with teams to implement security best practices and ensure compliance • Consult with departments to implement security controls and optimize manufacturing processes • Engage with external entities to stay informed about evolving threats and improve security posture

Requirements

• Substantial experience in ICS/OT security, including network architecture, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance • Deep understanding of ICS protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus, BACnet) and standards (e.g., IEC 62443, Purdue Model) • Hands-on experience with ICS/OT security tools (e.g., SIEM, intrusion detection, vulnerability management) • Strong communication skills, with the ability to advise technical and non-technical teams effectively • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Information Security) or equivalent work experience • Experience with disruptive ICS technologies and secure integration in manufacturing settings • Security certifications such as GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) or Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA) • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for ICS/OT environments in pharma-manufacturing (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11) • Familiarity with cloud integrations for ICS/OT telemetry and monitoring
