• Manage financial aspects of global events including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. • Process and track purchase orders, contracts, and vendor invoices. • Collaborate with events managers to maintain detailed event budgets. • Engage with the finance team to forecast payments and track revenue. • Review vendor contracts for compliance with financial policies. • Communicate with vendors regarding payment terms and discrepancies. • Assist in post-event budget summaries and other project management activities as needed.
