📋 Description

• Manage financial aspects of global events including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. • Process and track purchase orders, contracts, and vendor invoices. • Collaborate with events managers to maintain detailed event budgets. • Engage with the finance team to forecast payments and track revenue. • Review vendor contracts for compliance with financial policies. • Communicate with vendors regarding payment terms and discrepancies. • Assist in post-event budget summaries and other project management activities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event budgeting or finance, preferably in the tech industry. • Strong understanding of financial processes, vendor payments, and budget forecasting. • Proficiency in financial software (Coupa, Allocadia) and event management platforms. • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with events, finance, and procurement teams. • Bonus Points: • High energy, can-do personality and ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment • Experience with large-scale corporate events or industry conferences. • Familiarity with event-related procurement and contracting processes. • Knowledge of international event budget management
