Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional services leader. • This senior leadership role will oversee our global cyber security consulting practice. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the cyber security industry. • Responsible for strategic leadership, team management, client engagement, business development, operational excellence, thought leadership, and financial oversight.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience leading professional services organizations with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing global teams. • At least 10 years working in the cybersecurity space and/or working for a security software technology vendor. • Demonstrated expertise in cyber security consulting, including risk assessments, security architecture, incident response, cloud security, identity and access management, SIEM/SOAR, exposure management, data protection, Iand compliance. • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L. • Strong collaboration with partner eco-system operating in this space. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. • Ability to travel globally as required. • Proven success in driving complex initiatives and engaging with customer business executives.
