Description

β€’ The Sales Enablement Data Analyst is responsible for building out our analytic capabilities that measure the value and impact of our enablement programs. β€’ They will source data, identify performance trends within the business, collaborate with the team to standardize measurable outcomes, and format and present actionable findings. β€’ The ideal candidate will rely on their sales or revenue operations experience to analyze data and identify areas of opportunity for the Enablement team, as well as make recommendations and scale out programmatic measurement of the impact of global and regional enablement programs.

Requirements

β€’ Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. β€’ 4+ years sales operations or data analysis experience β€’ Ability to benchmark and track performance, and identify areas of opportunity for increased efficiency β€’ Microsoft Excel expertise (including deep understanding of lookups, pivot tables, dynamic charts, and tables β€’ Experience with large data sets, aggregation of disparate reporting and data β€’ Experience with BI reporting tools such as DOMO, Tableau, etc. β€’ Experience with Clari & Salesforce reporting/dashboard building β€’ Experience connecting multiple ERP and Operational systems to create views β€’ Ability to learn new technologies that support enablement measurement (i.e. Highspot, Docebo, etc.) β€’ Ability to translate and present findings in an actionable manner, and surface data in a simplified, streamlined, effective way β€’ Ability to align and influence others, establish direction, achieve consensus, and execute. β€’ A strategic, entrepreneurial, and outcome-oriented mindset. β€’ Personal drive: Effective time manager, capable of developing the strategy and executing on the tactics and supporting programs, while managing competing priorities. β€’ Superb organizational and succinct communications skills
