Description

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation disputes, including formulating litigation strategy and overseeing outside counsel. • Work closely with various internal legal, product, engineering, and business team members to identify, counsel and mitigate litigation risks. • Collaborate with other external in-house counsel and legal organizations on litigation and policy matters. • Conduct factual investigations/interviews. • Stay informed of new laws, regulations, and industry trends that could impact CrowdStrike. • Research complex legal issues and topics. • Draft pre-litigation correspondence or subpoena responses to opposing parties and/or counsel. • Oversee and improve internal processes and tools related to litigation. • Manage outside counsel to provide accurate budgets, forecasting, manage budgets and provide accurate accruals. • Represent CrowdStrike externally at depositions and attend hearings and meetings on behalf of CrowdStrike.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant legal experience • Broad litigation experience and a proven track record of managing complex litigation • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance legal risks with business goals • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently on multiple legal matters • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented attitude • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active membership in good standing with a state bar • Experience with securities and derivative litigation (Bonus) • Experience with class action litigation (Bonus) • Experience in the cybersecurity industry (Bonus)
