📋 Description

• Build experiences for thousands of sellers and partners. • Integrate external CLM solution with Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow and user experience. • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, testers, and leadership teams on requirements, strategy, and priorities for development. • Lead discovery sessions to evaluate solution options for Legal Operations business needs. • Provide detailed estimates for assigned tasks. • Own solution delivery from technical design to production release. • Write concise, well-crafted code and unit tests, following industry best practices and company standards. • Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback to colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce Development experience and an excellent command of development tools and Salesforce capabilities. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. • Experience integrating Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Ironclad). • Security minded and strong working knowledge of vulnerabilities around SOQL, Apex, Flows, LWC, and other areas of the platform that can be leveraged by bad actors. • Fanatical focus on the seller and partner experience. • Bonus Points : Ironclad experience. • Salesforce certifications. • Copado experience. • Git experience.
