📋 Description

In this role, you will lead a team of Salesforce professionals as they work to deliver value for our business.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of people management experience leading a team of 6 or more salesforce employees • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and limitations, with experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Strong Agile project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Experience working on large Salesforce implementations with 2000 users or more • Experience with public company compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
