📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. • Design, implement and maintain all Salesforce modules including Field Service for scheduling and mobile app experience. • Integrate Salesforce with our ERP and other platforms using APIs, middleware, and integration tools such as MuleSoft. • Develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and process builders. • Manage data migrations, data modeling, and data quality within Salesforce. • Implement Salesforce automation using Flow, Process Builder, and other tools to streamline business processes. • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and implement best practices in Salesforce development. • Maintain detailed documentation of technical designs, configurations, and customizations. • Provide support for Salesforce-related issues and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability. • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Field Service (big plus), Salesforce Administrator, or other relevant certifications. • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. • Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and API development (REST/SOAP). • Advanced skills in Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder). • Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and support. • Ability to lead and mentor others. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. • Apply Agile framework principles and processes to solve problems.
